Lovely, I quite like the grass in the forground apart from the blurry thicker stalk. The horizon could perhaps be straightend a little.

as you have already cropped the top of the statue, why not chopp the image even more. crop at the bottom of the horses feet and you will have a much better image.

I wouldn't dring wine from a glss like that, and certainly not a dirty one.
