Thank you for asking vibeke For the needs of this photo i had to create(somehow) a desert...So i took dirt from my garden i put it on a small tin can pour some water in it & left it out in the sun for 2 days(so the dirt obtain this cracks).I cut small parts from a cactus plant from my balcony & use toothpicks to stick them in the dirt to create the cactus effect on the desert(they are blured in the background).The sky with the stars on the background is a black box(i open some holes on it & place a flashlight from behind it)Because of the dirt the water drop should be placed on something(the dirt would suck the water)so i made a small hole in the dirt& put some pink nail polish in it(i made the hole water proof).That way the water drop "pops-up" from the dirt.The light is from a flash light from the left(kind of full moon light with the adjust of white balance).2 sec exposure,iso-100,f 2.8.I liked the idea of a water drop in the desert,i liked the opposition.Thats that...Hope i helped!!!
