I tried to shoot this shot yesterday, and gave up..........it is a mutha of a shot to take........and I can understand why it might be a touch oof...........
Might be a tad oof but it's still sharp shooting!

thanks ade...it is a real bugger to set up! I almost gave up after a few hours. For those wondering, the drop is actually being held/balanced by a stream of air underneath provided by an old CPU fan on a dimmer-switch so I could control the speed of the air.
Also it is a standard sewing pin and was so small and the magnification I needed limited my DOF to about 1mm and the drop was moving the whole time...one of the hardest set-ups I have tried to date.
