That's cool... but it doesn't look all that abandoned
The broken glass panes and the trees growing up around the side show it does look abandoned to me. Shame... it looks like it was a cool place at one time.
As a matter of fact, it has been under reconstruction last year but due to the finantial crisis there is no budget to finish it from now on. So it is up to you to consider if it is abandoned or not.
Looks like you'd have a bird's eye view from this position. Beautiful shot.

There's more bushes that building and yes it doesn't look too abandoned. Perhaps crop it and center the building.
