Is this abandoned? Why wouldn't the center, shuttered windows be all barred up like the others?
I may say that it is abandoned for at least 20 years, because I left my city then and it was abandoned I got back 8 years ago and it is abandoned so far.
The reason that I shot from the side was that the street is less than 5 meters wide and it is impossible to catch a whole scene.
