I wouldn't dring wine from a glss like that, and certainly not a dirty one.
if you lived here, you would drink wine from a glass like this, it is how they drink it in a lot of Mediterranean countries......
I would like to say that the glass was cleaned however the water has a lot of calcium in the south of Europe so it may reassemble dirty but it is not.
