It wasn't me! I was dutifully doing my bit for the environment by dropping my tins, plastic, paper and glass into the recycling bin at our local refuse centre when I spotted this sign. On looking down I spotted the discarded plastic and metal containers. I wondered if the offender read the sign first and did he/she get caught on camera?
