This is me in my eye.
seems like the perspective is a bit off for the reflection (photographer far to one side but the face is fairly head on). and... ummmm... how did you get that reflection of you in your own eye?

Regarding the setup: I do not know how he did it, but from the reflection I'd say he had the cam at the side of his head, looking in a mirror in front of him.
