the color on the box appears blown, are you able to adjust that at all!......nice idea though.
Thank you for the comments, Ade, this is a jewel box, I have it for 7 years now, it is kind of satin as well.
maybe try reducing brightness and saturation, and perhaps adjust the contrast.
