I don't know if this can be considered a haircut or hairstyle.

He is bold! That's not really a weird haircut. Not sure. But regarding the photo - it is great. I like the idea of him peeking out, I like the lighting and the DOF. Cool!

Of course it's a haircut. They were removed. Not sure how "wierd" it is though, as they're not that uncommon. With this shot though, I think the title needed to be "Kilroy was here."
