How did you take this one?? The first circle is frozen but the others are motion blurred?? Great work, but how did you do it??

bartosz... nothing "magical"... it was the wind!...the wind was only moving the circles in the back... the front circle did move when the wind was stronger... but not at the time the photo was taken
