Great idea, for the coloured jacket but B/w the rest, however I agree with others, maybe brighten it up a little
Selective Coloring is not allowed.
I think I remember that some peoples cameras actually do have this function and is not a post production effort. What I don't understand is that selective tint was a film photography technique used often so why is it not allowed here ?
