Well bluefly, the attention goes to the balloon, if you couldn't see the hand of that kid, you wouldn't even notice it was a human being! I think this picture fits to the contest.
if you crop the hand, which I think is unnecessary, it will ruin the shot!
The guidelines state: Take a shot of one or more balloons. Only balloons are allowed... no people in the picture. All types of balloons are allowed... blimp, latex, mylar, big small anything you may like, remember just balloons
so, no string, no baskets, no bicycles, supermarket trolleys, boats..................
normally I would agree about the no humans but since the balloon takes more than 80 of the view and it is only a hand I think I would pass it
