the green on green is very nice

Ah much nicer not only have you improved on the focus but also removed the greenish yellowish cast. You could have just replaced the last one with this one if you wanted and that would give you the chance to do another different shot

Need light behind the amethyst so we could see the pretty purple color

agree with kyricom. try placing a small light or reflecting the light source off a mirror to the crystals..

A little blurry and needs some kind of lighting.

the background needs changing very distracting from the subject agree with others about the lighting. If it is part of a geodode I don't think light will penetrate from behind. So you would have to choose front lighting soft and some stronger lighting from sides perhaps.
