Hard to comment on a winner -- but I think it was a bit wider when it was entered for the first time, before the crash. Then it had more "room to breath", which I think fit the portrait better. However, the setup is close to perfect and it's a well deserved win.

This mural is quite large, located in a restaurant, across the river Duero from the city of Tordesillas (Spain). Tordesillas is where Joanna the Mad, the daughter of the Catholic Kings and Queen of Castille, was imprisoned for 46 years, by her father King Ferdinand, her son Emperor Charles I of Spain and V of Germany and her grandson Phillip II of Spain. All coveted her throne.

This is a wonderfully detailed shot.
